This body holds confidential meetings with the Pastor monthly to review and plan matters relative to each of the employees of the church: Pastor, Organist, Administrative Secretary, Bookkeeper and Custodian, including hiring, performance and salaries. They also meet periodically with the District Superintendent to discuss the annual review of the Pastor.
